Reviewer for Federal Background Investigation Contracts

Prior and recent experience reviewing federal background investigations with T5/HT cases and on such contracts as DCSA/DHS/Paperproof is preferred. The Reviewer is responsible for reviewing investigative case reports and ensuring they meet all of the customer’s requirements prior to delivery. The Reviewer provides feedback to Investigators on issues that need to be corrected or resolved while monitoring cases to ensure deadlines are met. This is a full time remote position.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide advice and guidance to investigator on investigative and formatting requirements.
- Monitor pending cases to ensure compliance with due dates.
- Prioritize case work.
- Complete Investigator feedback forms.
- Review reports of investigation. Provide help to Investigators when necessary.
- Provide assistance to Investigators on any unique items requested by customer on case.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- STANDARDS AND MEASUREMENTS:
- Adhere to strict case completion guidelines.
- Quality of cases completed (number of errors).
- Performance levels, including internal and external job satisfaction.
- Willingness to engage and become educated in new topics and business.
- Support and encourage growth for the business and team.
Requirements include:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in federal background investigations with T5/HT cases and on such contracts as DCSA/DHS/Paperproof is preferred.
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Successful completion of federal background investigation required, Current top-secret eligibility highly preferred.
- Pay Range: $25.00-$28.00/hr
