Reviewer
Information Discovery Services LLC, (IDS) is currently seeking a Reviewer for our contracts. The position will be remote and can be located anywhere in the continental US. The Reviewer’s goal is to ensure a quality product is provided to the customers in a timely manner. The Reviewer is responsible for reviewing investigative case reports and ensuring they meet all of the customer’s requirements prior to delivery. The Reviewer provides feedback to Investigators on issues that need to be corrected or resolved while monitoring cases to ensure deadlines are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide advice and guidance to investigator on investigative and formatting requirements.
- Monitor pending cases to ensure compliance with due dates.
- Prioritize case work.
- Complete Investigator feedback forms.
- Review reports of investigation. Provide help to Investigators when necessary.
- Provide assistance to Investigators on any unique items requested by customer on case.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
- Adhere to strict case completion guidelines.
- Maintain quality of cases completed (number of errors).
- Maintain performance levels, including internal and external job satisfaction.
- Show a willingness to engage and become educated in new topics and business.
- Support and encourage growth for the business and team.
Requirements include:
- Education – associate’s degree and a minimum of 3 year’s experience in background investigations required. Paperproof experience is preferred..
- Administrative – Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
- Interpersonal –Must possess human skills enabling effective interaction with employees, customers, and public sources and providers.
- Organizational – Organization skills are key, must be able to manage a large case load and document progress of each case while maintaining defined timeliness parameters.
- Analytical – Excellent writing and computer competency skills. Ability to plan and solve problems.
- Communication – Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to listen and follow through on requests. Exceptional telephone etiquette and professionalism.
- Physical Requirements – Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Moderate lifting.
