Polygraph Support Services Manager
This position is responsible for leading, developing, supporting, and managing all polygraph section functions for the polygraph contract. Provides direct client support as well as program management support to provide nationwide certified examiners to administer polygraph examinations for new and existing Drug Enforcement Administration CORE Employees. Manages, schedules, collaborates, assists, and supports the DEA Office of Security Programs, ISG personnel in polygraph examinations across geographic locations within the continental United States (CONUS) as required by DEA.
Responsibilities include:
- Establishes schedules for all polygraphs based on relevant criteria to include the due date, customer priority, and availability of examiners.
- Creates the master schedule; monitors and updates to ensure on-time delivery of the product to customers.
- Monitors the production schedule daily and makes adjustments.
- Coordinates polygraph site logistics with DEA local and regional offices to include securing private space through DEA approved sites if needed.
- Manages checking Examiner bonafides to include, resumes, BI status, NCCA/ DACA or DoDPi graduation certificate, 5 years’ experience conducting LEPET exams, proof of CE hours through NCCA accreditation, CE hours in countermeasures.
- Leads the partnership with DEA ISG in onboarding and out-processing of examiners with training, paperwork, HSPD -12 processing.
- Provides security support for passing, verifying, and receiving clearances, confirming security eligibility, processing visitor requests, requests for badges, and various certifications.
- Updates security data, run inquiries, provide quality control, develop reports using various DEA and or IDS databases. Maintain and update appropriate security related databases.
- Leads coordinating, tasking and managing security action responses to the customer.
- Coordinates with ISG Polygraph Support Section in workloads and subsequent assignments via DEAs PES system of record.
- Provides support if needed to examiners for travel and location access.
- Supports reviewing and approving invoices for the program.
- Develops, maintains, and updates the tools to provide visibility and status of the work.
- Provides program management with the plan of polygraphs to be completed and the priority.
- Utilizes acquired knowledge, analytical skills, and critical thinking to resolve scheduling problems and/or program issues.
- Develops measurement tools for productivity and to maintain metrics in support contract deliverables.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership.

- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills preferred: Microsoft Office Suite; Invoicing Systems; Project Management
